*Neighborhood Improvements*

​

  • Lumberkjacks Tree Service will be in the neighborhood  Monday 11/3 - Wednesday 11/5, trimming limbs that are overgrown and hanging in  the roads or blocking the street lights, as well as removing the excess brush from around the lake.

  • Leon County Road crew will be repairing all roads starting Wednesday 11/2​

​

  • An interest has been mentioned at our monthly board meetings to look into solar street lights to help reduce the cost of our monthly electric bill. If you are interested, please sign this form

Did you know?????

  • Waste Pro trash & recycling pickup day is Wednesday

  • If you don't have Waste Pro, you can take your trash & recycling to Leon County Waste Management at 7550 Apalachee Parkway, their hours are M-F, 8:00-5:00

  • If  a light is out on your street, you can submit a ticket with the City of Tallahassee utilities on the Digitally app

  • If you're planning on painting your house, replacing the roof, windows, garage door, etc, you must get approval first by the HOA Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Click HERE  for more information and the request form

  • ​If you're buying or selling your home you must request an Estoppel certificate. Click HERE for more information

  • You can reserve the pavilion for parties and it's free. Click HERE to check the calendar and make your reservation. Remember to clean up all your trash and take it with you. 

  • The City of Tallahassee have a loan program that will pay for you to get a new A/C and you them back over 5 years for 5% interest. Click HERE for more information
