Lumberkjacks Tree Service will be in the neighborhood Monday 11/3 - Wednesday 11/5, trimming limbs that are overgrown and hanging in the roads or blocking the street lights, as well as removing the excess brush from around the lake.

Leon County Road crew will be repairing all roads starting Wednesday 11/2

Waste Pro trash & recycling pickup day is Wednesday

If you don't have Waste Pro, you can take your trash & recycling to Leon County Waste Management at 7550 Apalachee Parkway, their hours are M-F, 8:00-5:00

If a light is out on your street, you can submit a ticket with the City of Tallahassee utilities on the Digitally app

If you're planning on painting your house, replacing the roof, windows, garage door, etc, you must get approval first by the HOA Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Click HERE for more information and the request form
